First Year Homeschooling; 2013 in Review

I would love to have been that mom… you know the one.  The one so organized that she has helpful, dated posts about what her kids have been studying each week, how she incorporated certain crafts, you-tube videos, and living books into each lesson.  I know… I follow those moms!  And those posts have helped us tremendously in our amazing first year!  This is not THAT post.  This is just a snapshot into our year.  Mostly for me... to remember all the details of this fantastic adventure!

There isn’t a server large enough to support photos of ALL the science experiments!  So many, I outsourced some to my Father-In-law who has been also teaching Tuesday Morning Battery Project Science.  This has been a winner for ALL involved!  It’s been an amazing year.  I’m most thankful for the special bond I see growing between my kids.  I’m tired.  I’m thankful for a break to regroup before getting ready for next year.  But I’m excited… Super excited!!!
